From when the doors first opened, in 1887, coffee and tea dominated
the shop's atmosphere. Today, well over a century later, the Algerian
Coffee Stores has evolved into one of the world's best known suppliers
of Teas and Coffees offering a choice of over 140 coffees and 200 teas
from around the world, all under the same roof, and the list continues
to increase; speciality coffees from small comers of the world, teas
that include Black China, China Whites, Japanese Greens, Oolongs, Indian,
Herbal and Fruit infusions. The shop still retains its original features;
the wooden shelves along the walls, the original wooden counter and
display case where a large variety of domestic coffee machines and
fine quality confectionery is sold.
Shop's opening hours: - Monday to Saturday from 9.am to 7pm.
